Apple was this Tuesday announcing the iPhone 15-lineup. But despite that the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max are very much lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, they both have bigger batteries. This also includes the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus compared to iPhone 14 and 14 Plus.
According to a source, iPhone 15 Pro has a 3274 mAh cell, compared to 3200 as the 14 Pro had. The 15 Pro Max on the other hand makes the biggest jump from 4323 mAh in the 14 Pro Max to 4422 mAh in the new 15 Pro Max.
Let’s not forget the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. The 15 has a 3349 mAh big battery cell compared to iPhone 14 that had a 3279 mAh big battery cell. The big boy 15 Plus has a 4383 mAh cell instead of a 4325 mAh cell that the 14 Plus had.
As you can see, the difference is not that big. But I believe that we will see some big improvements on the battery life, especially for the 15 Pro models that have the new A17 silicon.
